- 1. The raw material is aluminum plate. The first step is to roll it into an aluminum tube.
- 2. Use another machine to press the spout of the kettle Spout. The spout mouth is slightly smaller than the others.
- 3. Pipe bending machine: bend the aluminum pipe into the shape of the pipe mouth. This step will press at two position. One is at the mouth and the other is on the neck.
- 4. Tube expander: Use high-pressure water to blow air into the aluminum tube to smooth the uneven surface of the aluminum tube.
- 5.Make a neck for the kettle‘s spout to make assembly of the kettle easier. ( this step can be removed, it depends on product.)
- 6.Surface treatment: There are usually two types of surface treatment for the Aluminum kettle spout, one is metal cleaning white wash and the other is polishing. Metallic white washes have a bit of a matte finish, while polishes have a glossy finish. Both are decided by the customer and both work well.
- 7.Packaging: Since the kettle spout is a semi-finished product and only a spare part of the kettle, most of the packaging is in bulk.
